Rooftop Bar on Central

Chavi Events provided end-to-end hospitality consulting for the launch of Rooftop Bar on Central, supporting the venue from concept through to operation.

The project included full start-up support, encompassing menu design and costings, staff recruitment, onboarding and training, as well as guidance on kitchen workflows and service structure.

The focus was on creating a menu and operational model suited to a high-volume rooftop environment, ensuring efficiency, consistency and a strong guest experience from opening day.
