Chavi Events was founded by Domenic Di Bartolo, a hospitality professional with over 25 years of hands-on experience across cafés, restaurants, clubs and pubs.
Domenic’s career spans venue ownership, menu development, staff training and operational consulting — experience that now shapes every part of Chavi Events.
