The project involved designing a kitchen layout that supported day-to-day operations and peak service periods, alongside developing a menu that was streamlined, achievable and aligned with the deli’s style.

Rather than reinventing the business, the focus was on refining systems and menus to improve workflow, consistency and ease of service — ensuring changes were realistic and sustainable for the team.
