Founding Project

Chavi’s Corner Café is Chavi Events’ own operating venue and serves as a practical case study for how our hospitality approach works in the real world.

From concept through to daily operation, the café reflects our hands-on experience in menu development, kitchen workflows, staffing, training and cost control. Decisions are tested, refined and applied in a live environment — not just on paper.

This in-house project underpins our consulting work, ensuring advice and recommendations are grounded in current, real-world hospitality operations.

The café continues to inform and evolve the way Chavi Events supports other hospitality businesses.
